Gert Greger served as a pilot in LeR 3 in Finland from 14 February 1940 to 27 March 1940. During his time in Finland he also served in T-LeR 2 and LeR 2.

On 16 March 1939 he flew Brewster Buffalo BW-362 from Sweden to Finland.
